She is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where students are encouraged to challenge themselves and enhance both their mental and physical capacities. Her approach is centered on helping students acquire essential skill sets while also promoting enjoyment and personal growth in gymnastics.

Coach Lee's extensive background underscores her commitment to the sport and her focus on creating a nurturing and dynamic learning atmosphere. Being a registered coach with the National Registry of Coaches Singapore and a Singapore Gymnastics Technical Member, Coach Lee has been coaching WAG recreational and semi-competitive squads since 2019.
