KINDER (5YO AND BELOW)

RECREATIONAL (6YO AND ABOVE)
Rhythmic gymnastics involves graceful body movements, agility, flexibility, and balance. FOGS will train gymnasts to move gracefully and confidently by focusing on basic skills and progression with the body and apparatus. Learning new apparatus skills requires hard work, discipline, and perseverance, which helps individual moral and mental improvement.

ADULT (14YO AND ABOVE)

COMPETITVE (BY SELECTION ONLY)
Gymnasts will focus on National Programme Levels (compulsory routines) or Stages (choreography is self-determined). Gymnasts selected are eligible to represent Fly Once Gymnastics in the Singapore Gymnastics organized competitions.
