Fly Once Gymnastics School (FOGS) implements FIG-approved equipment tailored to our gymnasts' age, need, and skill levels. Our fun and safe training environment allow kids to enjoy and learn. In conjunction with our coach guidance, gymnasts are encouraged to be bold and explore their bodies' capabilities through activities!

Taking part in Gymnastics also helps to keep a gymnast physically active and healthy. It reduces the risk of childhood obesity and illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes in adulthood.

Furthermore, studies have shown that children learn cognitive skills more effectively in an environment that includes the body and the mind. The intense movement in a gym opens up neural pathways in the brain, leading to increased concentration, focus, and success, not just in the gym but at school and home.

Gymnasts are required to attend regular weekly training. With commitment, resilience, and passion, gymnasts will see how their hard work pays off after learning the basic gymnastics skills on various equipment.

FOGS will arrange students according to their abilities from this level onwards. Students work at their own pace progressively under close supervision by the coaches.

Age is just a number! Don't be afraid to start gymnastics class even if you have no background; anyone can enjoy gymnastics at any time. Gymnasts who show potential and ambition to become competitive gymnasts will be selected. FOGS will choose a group of gymnasts for Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) and Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG), and this group of gymnasts will require to commit long training hours per week.
