About the Role
- Develop and implement rhythmic gymnastics training plans for both recreational and competitive levels.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Oversee and ensure proper maintenance of all gym equipment and facilities.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, training camps, and managing training schedules.
- Prepare and manage internal tests and oversee participation in local and international competitions, including administrative and logistical tasks.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience in Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG).
Proven competitive gymnastics track record.
Ability to coach both recreational and competitive students.
Certified gymnastics coaching qualifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a coaching team.
